Thanks for the tip.
One more thing to be sure: you "pull the cable/kill cmd.exe" right after the flash start, or you just pull it before flash end? (no matter which % is)

I checked all the nitdroid forums and there is no solution for this.

I can confirm that we can't flash unsigned images to simlocked phones (even phones unlocked after contract). So no multiboot.
