I'd be willing to pay for updates and improvements that would keep the Maemo base system up to date i.e. compatible to Debian Stable. That would primarily include security patches and package...

I would argue that due to feedback on camera-ui replacement's initial inclusion, this should not replace stock just yet.

I think to pull off portrait keyboards (based on analysis of a few binaries and on looking at the source code for ukeyboard and ukbdcreator) we would need:
