[FIX] Preventing closing of applications during install

This fix is for the bug that some people have when installing applications from the store in an Open Mode device.
After the install process completes all open applications are forcefully closed.

I sent original harmattan preinit to juiceme via e-mail, but it took a short stop on MyDocs (vfat) for attaching to mail. This for sure...

What you need is animation toolkit source, the latest is animatronics_01112013.tar...

OMG you are correct in this, I just checked it and for some reason the Harmattan preinit in nonexecutable.

That works for the problem with user accounts and passwords, but there are other things that are left hanging.

I do not know exactly what is the reason, but these things affect especially unit...

Good point... Maybe those are overriden when firmware is flashed? The flashing is not "just" flashing, as the APE might do other things as well, for example delete/modify files not on the flashed...

Second that. Opera Mobile's been crashing since I installed FasterN9 v.1.1.5. I'm also not noticing much of a difference in performance from 1.1.4, but then again I'm not in open mode or using...

I am using it since version 0.9.7 and never had problems with it. The stable release is really good and I installed v.1.1.4 other it a few months ago....

Yes OC'ed my device, had it around 1.2ghz but also used it at 1.3ghz some time ago.
Installed different versions of fastern9 without removing so overwrite. from old to new and other way around.
