Why wouldn't it? As long as you Titanium Backed up all your apps and data, you should be able to restore the app and restore the data (and the SD card should hold whatever extra data the app might...

The only really reliable ways to back-up the Tab are either 1) Titanium Backup (and you CAN use dropbox, if you don't want to store onto the SD card... but if I'm not mistaken, it still needs space...

Careful--if you're using Samsung's TouchWiz (which we all got with the Tab as the default launcher), they won't work. I tried installing Wiimote support on my Droid and on my Galaxy Tab--works GREAT...
