Hi ... Try running it without root please . If it works then run:
cp /home/user/MyDocs/qice.py /opt/qice/qice.py
And then you can run it from menu...

Anther patch with the same gloop, without preview (commented), and less quality, and portrait supported.

I'll upload this "patch" to repo when I can do it, sorry... I promise feedback. If you want to hack yourself you have to patch /opt/qice/qice.py with the attachment file. (you have to find "patch"...

Really true. I will not remove a line. Excuse my anger... But Is hard to write and mantain code, for an app designed for a device that you haven't, and that is defective by customer support.

Howto icecast server - streaming to the world!

Adapted from howtoforge (http://www.howtoforge.com/linux_webradio_with_icecast2_ices2):

In a debian based gnu/linux box run:

sudo apt-get install icecast2

Afterwards we must edit as root...
