Done.

The version required for most games, and initially ported by Aapo Rantalainen, is liballegro4.4 (4.4.2).

This will help porting many games from desktop Linux or Open Pandora.

We need a working port of the Allegro library (http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?p=1050896), if anyone is able to take a deeper look at it.
