I have two 64gb one 128gb and now one 200gb. All work with no problems whatsoever on my n9oo's.
Just make sure you format them on the n900 as stated by me earlier in this thread.

two with same problem, one, which probably is Chinese copy, has some sort of memory problem and I have to keep re-flashing it. I gave up on it. Last one has a display problem I may be able to fix......
