Err probably not. This is strictly about rtl2832 DVB-T USB dongles attached to N900 via H-E-N hostmode, while osmocomBB is for calypso modem chipset afaik. See "compatible phone" link on the page you...

As some of you might know, the next Debian release "Wheezy" went into Freeze on june 30th, which means that the developers will concentrate on bug fixing now instead of adding new program versions....
