Totally true.
That's because PayPal takes a fixed fee per donation plus a percentage fee.
So the total percentage of a fee is getting smaller as the donations gets bigger.

We're currently in the process of setting up a proper bank account for the Hildon Foundation.
Then you'll be able to donate directly to the bank account.
