Just try rootFS first, then flash eMMC (and after that rootFS again).
battery should be enough if its more than 30% (its always charging a bit via USB Port) but "boot looping" drains it a lot...

Have you tried doing the USB Flash Procedure without installed battery? Maybe that helps :D it does on my PSP :D (I know, completely different, but - who knows ;D)

Thanks for reply =) Just got the blink lights off, Ubuntu also works while NOT in RD Mode (Mouse pointer doesnt,but its because Power Kernel I think)... Thanks everyone, tomorrow Ill try Kubuntu :D
