No, all titans kernels revert to default settings at boot for safty, the easiest way to enable the settings you want is to use a queen beecon widget, if you do a power search there is loads of info...

Beecon widget will do what you tell it to do. How did you set it up? You can set when it performs the script. (during widget start, click, desktop switch, time interval)
