ts is translation file, I will start transifex-project and users will able to translate english file to their native languages, I will take translations and add them to my package :)

My settings-applet doesn't support localization files, but you can translate text directly in QML :)

@kumardodla later it will have option to change icons theme and make your own, but not in very first versions.
