So long as you aren't too forceful, getting the faulty part out is simple. Use good quality t5 for the components, and then from memory I used a 1mm flat screwdriver to ease out the reciever....

Hey guys, the same happened to me, I did a google image search and found the Lumia 820 looked similar. On eBay I saw they were only $3.99AUD, so I thought it was worth a try.
