What happens if after typing "root" you type "ls /home/user/MyDocs"? Check that the .deb file is actually there.

sudo gianroot
cd /home/user/MyDocs
then
dpkg -i bzip2_1.0.5-3+0m5_armel.deb.
this should work as just tested it myself

apt-get is used when you download files online and install them. Use dpkg when installing files offline.
format is dpkg -i <path/to/where/your/file/is>

Actually your missing/broken package was linked by Radicalz38 in his post (libgles1-sgx-img_0.20100611.6+0m5_armel.deb - in the zipped file) install it if u didn't, or try to uninstall and reinstall...

2 main things frozenholmes

1. make sure as mentioned above by lfcobra that extra-devel is activated.

2. and make sure you are connected online then try to install it.

also look at the preenv...
