What do you mean by "default" clock here? since I dont own a n900 ( not yet!), I am unable to understand this.. But going by how maemo works, all these applets made for the desktop can be enabled or...

my next release for maemo - Ring clock, another desktop applet is being discussed above :).. Its in the extras devel.. I should be able to release it this weekend with couple of changes identified...
