Sure guys I won't bother, I just thought that the device needs something a battery re-calibration, I had similar issues with past devices , usually after f/w upgrades the battery indicator went nuts....

oh, and btw guys the issue with the ASUI is fixed for me, that "pattern" was just the redraw of the screen when the ASUI's opening screen scrolls from the bottom to the top, was very slow inteed the...

I think its from design, not a "pattern" in fact, like some broken gfx that scrolls from the bottom to the top, before the ASUI screen appear.
Anyway, I did a re-install of it and played some time...

thanks again guys... yes, diablo turbo looks fantastic, I will try again to install, -did the installation, but uname still displays the old kernel, will try again.
I gave a try to asui, but don't...

thanks mate for your time...
well, you can't believe it : problematic adaptor tip! I moved it a little and noticed that battery did not even went to charge mode!
I am using another adapter now :)...
