Looks like it is failing launching the youtube-dl-x command.
What happens if you just run the download command directly?
/home/user/MyDocs/youtube-dl-x -f 5 -o /media/mmc1...

df is the "disk free" command which shows you how much space you have on your disk. The -m option displays the result in megabytes.
If you start an xterm just type in df -m to check you have enough...

Do you mean the OSD (on screen display) which mplayer can show while playing a video?
If so, try the keyboard shortcut o which should toggle the OSD options.

You may want to have a try of KeepassX. It is a password manager which supports secent encryption and runs on Linux/Mac/Win and very recently maemo.
