Although you might not be supposed to see this pop up in your outgoing calls list, it's nothing to worry about. Telepathy is a framework used for several voip and im services like skype for example....

I am experiencing similar problems at the moment, also running the latest cssu, kp 52. Are you also using the testing cssu?
