You have to blacklist in transition.ini of your theme butaca aswell as miniature and meecast and they'll stay in portrait all the time...and yeah it's not related to qt-components..

So have you tried to delete your carlise font folder to see what's happening? The font folder is in usr/share/fonts .
And more - have you tried to change your theme without using theme customizer ?
