and to install it back you have to force the install..first install libpurple0 package and then dpkg -i --force-overwrite pidgin.deb

I suppose you are trying to install it from OVI store, if that's true delete this dirs from MyDocs: Res; Drive; and Maps...

hi

i don't think that the problem came from the theme...maybe it's because you installed some apps from extras-devel...I didn't have any problems with this theme..

dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -sa -S in scratchbox or madde. You don't need the .deb file cuz if you upload it to extras the autobuilder will do it for you...
