I've also got a 128G Sandisk microSD about 8 month ago, formatted it with BTRFS. It works nicely. Previous 64G AData (or was it SiliconePower?) died after 2 months.

Some of the bits may be discarded later. In case of mem chip, there is nothing useful...

It seems like charging chip limits total consumption to 3.5W.
Phone consumes ~420mW while cpu is idling, screen is on and wifi off, as battery charger chip reports. Charging in the same settings...

I had the same problem. Phone restarted 0.5-5 times per day, sometimes when I was doing something with the device, sometimes when it was sitting idle. Reflashing didn't help. Shutting off some power...
