Re: samba-common

Hmm, that is interesting since I don't think I edited any of those files (and any editing I did to the pkgs was on a linux box). But yeah, I'll try and fix them and re-submit a fixed packed. ...

Re: Software install problem from ovi store after PR1.3

To: Those having issues with OVI

Did you install any browser add-on?

I remember when I upgraded from 1.1 -> 1.2; that some of the Browser add-on caused issues because they would change the...

Re: How to Distribute? (TrueCrypt, Cifs.ko, ntfs.ko, mount.cifs)

Btw, I installed kernel-module-cifs from the repository on PR1.2 and had no issues re-calibrating the screen fully.

Thumbs down Re: Half-year review of Stskeeps's work as distmaster

I think you way overstepped your bounds General, Stskeep was asking what peoples perceptions (good AND bad) were of his own work.

Talk about shooting a messenger (you don't have to agree...

Re: Bible App for Maemo 5 Device(s)

Only problem with this API is that is is designed for a online connection. I run my n900 offline (wireless only). I'm not against adding support for it; just putting a fyi out for what it does...

A couple issues that I noticed.

Re: How to Distribute? (TrueCrypt, Cifs.ko, ntfs.ko, mount.cifs)

You have to have the original "mount.cifs" installed (see the attachment on post #1), to use it. I haven't used the script that others developed -- so I have no idea how it works.

Now, you...

Re: How to Distribute? (TrueCrypt, Cifs.ko, ntfs.ko, mount.cifs)

Re: How to Distribute? (TrueCrypt, Cifs.ko, ntfs.ko, mount.cifs)

Should show up in Extras-Devel / Extra-Testing today. ;-)
I've finished creating the package / debian stuff so that it can build it. Just doing final tests. ;-)
