1. Providing a backup of extras* may be confusing to users. While nokia.com is down, maemo.org is still alive and kicking. uSers may thus deprive themselves of...

After a nasty hardware failure (looks like the -6.5 years old- motherboard died) and quite a bit of time (and work) to bring everything together, mirrors.muarf.org is finally back online.

Just open the website with your N900, there are a couple links of the mirrors if you scroll a bit down. Just click on it and it will automatically add them to HAM :)

Due to some hardware issue, mirrors.muarf.org is currently down.
I hope it will be back online soon ...

I still do not understand what is going on here:

Some weeks ago my phone worked fine with the repos I found in the forum here - now HAM and update does not work anymore, I can't install apps...

Not on my N900. But checked files and content looks fine. So only guess I have -you have modified files on Windows?- that there are DOS line endings lf/cr and not UNIX style?
