Don't use wifi tethering but go USB:
Enable developer mode, open terminal and :
# pkcon install usb-moded-connection-sharing-android-config
If there is no extra option labeled internet sharing...

Longpress the chosen app.. and then drag to any chosen app release onto app and voila,you have a red circle-thingy with a number inside
To edit the folder name press in the upper right...
