Edit: vi .txt file or install apt-get install nano and then nano .txt file

bc = big calculation or big num(ber). It's a number larger than double integer or any other number bigger than a 32 bit processor and thus doesn't fit into a cpu register.

HWSync hasn't anything to do with hw acceleration, because it's just enabling the vertical-blanc-interrupt-sync. First off this cause the animation to look nice and 2nd it makes the device lags...

Another easy way to make microb faster is to add your config to a file user.js in /home/user/mozilla/.microb because the standard file prefs.js is overwritten with any start of microb.

I usually use -O3 -fomit-frame-pointer -ffast-math on my other Linux box. This is quite safe and with -fast-math on it should be quite fast too. But it depends on you usage!

I don't know about maemodder but I have a quick and dirty fix for it but u have to do it at startup otherwise it got erased when u reboot. To fix this just write-protect the cpu min scaling value:
