And yes, there is about 500-600 mb of free space in the image. I filled it with 0's to save...

1) I forgot the 4gb limit for fat32 partitions, and I can't copy the image on my flash drive (but I can compress it since a big section is free...

the only feature i want is the capacity to lower the quality of a video, making high-bitrate videos display perfectly without any conversion.

the video chat application whould pop up, and it will work like a small mirror. Can you get this working?
