Low power mode allows each individual subpixel to be either on or off, no intermediate values. So the subpixel rendering that makes pentile look almost like it has 1.5*actual resolution can't work...

but of course you can disable low power mode on standby and get big battery usage in idle :)

you need to use:

# apt-get install libeet1=1.2.2+svn41533-maemo1

It's more about how you use it. For example desperately installing stuff from extras-devel is guaranteed to cause troubles.

The libopenal1 library is only needed by supertux2 or gembr, as far as i know.
If you are not playing those two you might just remove it, because you only have this configuration stuck. dpkg --purge...

and the canola2 deb is not for n900 i think cos it has a long list of...
