once downloaded look into /meegotouch/i18n/

it has strings which should all be set to your region...see if there is any odd one out and correct it...

then download gconfik from http://my-meego.com/software/applications.php?fldAuto=1075&faq=25

And edit the gconf values to see something that could fix it up...
