White N9 lost a lot of its charm since Lumia 800/900 got white versions as well.

still is a beautiful device, but the sight of it not as rare as it was before the white lumias came out : (

And I repeat it here for marcaurell:
press the power button for longer than 8 seconds.

I give this advise out of (still yet) absolutely N9-experiences-free...

Now it's probably too late, but after an electronic device falls in water you should turn it quickly off, and put it in rice or silica gel for some days. Do not blow it with a hairdryer.

first aid for accident like this remove battery fastly and dont try to turn it on and use hair drier or a 100w lemp for dry it now your phone feel healthy but dont put it in microwave oven like my...

Again, number of cores has nothing to do with it.

Nokia N8 - records perfectly, with a much larger sensor (12 megapixels) and much higher bit-rate compared to N9, and that gives much higher...

No it's not. It is completely off except the text on the standby screen.

You can tell that it turns off "a second time" when locking the phone. First it gets black, then it turns off even more...

i have to add that i too did a similar test to zlatko above and really the screen is off... There is NO backlight on the AMOLED...

I have tried many times to see that screen is ON when in LPM, but for me it is OFF. I go to completely dark room, place my finger over LPM clock so my eyes get more sensitive, but still screen is...
