From what I understand its both a kernel issue and a driver issue, I know meego is at early stage but is there any news if the port will have VSYNC enabled in drivers for the n900?

Community Firmware Update for n900

There should be things included in the firmware such as:

(NOTE):If Nokia does not update their firmware resolved with one of these issues/new feautures in the next 3 months ,this should be taken...

impressive pricing, but having a much more compact and mobile device is always better,plus n900 beats their performance +size ratio
