You could use 1304-5672 Service Exchange Unit 34.0.A.1.264 to downgrade to 6.0.1 then revert to your Country Customisation upon Nougat.

Well for one the slo-mo feature is lost once DRM keys are lost.

The Bravia screen tech is also lost.

EDIT: the camera quality also takes a nose dive.

It's up to you, but once those keys are gone you cannot go back to 'full factory' the same as it was out of the box, those protected functions are lost forever.
