Hey,

the status bar doesn't support seconds. You can try for yourself by choosing Y-3-3 and writing %T. The status bar will display the time, including seconds, but the seconds will not change.

Hey, you can make your own if you want to. Originals are easily accessible through mass storage since QTweak makes a back up of them. Under Blanco theme.

I've noticed the same. In my experience it seems to be related to the updating of the weather information and when refreshing notification screen (which also updates weather info).
