If you want to ship from the U.S. to the EU, use DHL Worldwide Express. It costs a bit (about $40) but you will get it within two days.

My Video Call button in Contacts is also gone. Strange enough, in my girlfriend's N9, which is also updated to PR1.3, the button is still there, and she even didn't reinstall the GTalk video plugin....

I find PR1.3 more responsive than PR1.2 and Video play is also more smooth now.
But it doesn't beat my 808 PureView in smoothness. Despite being Symbian, that thing is smooth as hell, coming close...
