/usr/share/jolla-camera/presets/GstOMXMPEG4VideoEnc-omxmpeg4videoenc.prs is no longer available in 2.0.4

Does anyone figured out how to change bitrate now ?

Yep, here: /usr/lib/qt5/qml/com/jolla/camera/settings.qml
Change videoBitRate to whatever you want.
