The way this guy has been turned into somekind of super-patent law expert is both strange and funny. Plus it's kind of scary that even outfits like the BBC use him as a source.

Open-Pandora started in 2006. I see just similarities between IPhones and Open-Pandora thing (it is almost the same thing, just without phone capabilities for obvious reasons).

This is just another example of how Corporations just slow things down with this present ill-patent system.

"IPhones" were bound to happen at this age and time. Concurrent ideas like:
Laplace+Darwin in the Evolution front;
Santos Dumont+Wright Brothers in the "airplane" field;
Now, with the mini computer thingy.

And those are just the examples i have in my mind right now, imagine how many other examples are there...

and released a unfinished OS based ideas nokia were showing in 2006.

I wonder if these people ever saw palm os... iphone is nothing but a ripoff of that too (it's not like iphones work properly as phones)... playing the underdog card from that position of arrogance is just plain wrong...
