It just works, unless it doesn't. <g>

Flash 10.1 isn't supported, but in most case it isn't needed. There is a program available that lies and says you have 10.1 and that works in most cases.

I think he may mean a stand alone application that can play flash (flv) video files.

mplayer can handle them just fine.

i think he meant convert the internal flash memory into an audio file.
maybe he meant swf files.:confused:

I think so too. There was also some kind of standalone flash player too that could play games (swf), if I recall correctly. I'd love to be able to play Fantastic Contraptions at a decent speed if it's possible.

.swf files can be opened directly in the browser and played through the plugin.

.flv files are video, and can be played through Mplayer.

what I exactly want is to know how to play videos on facebook for example, it says you need to download adobe flash player.... is there a way to play these videos ?

Flash on N900 is an old version, so sites that check to see if you have version 10 will not work because N900 has Flash 9.

There's a program called Tweak Flash Version in extras repository that will fake the version number, fooling those sites into showing you the flash anyway. If they actually use any Flash 10 features it won't work (or might only partially work), but a lot of sites are overly aggressive with the version check when they don't actually need to be doing so.

I think he meant how do I look at photos I've taken using the flash. ;)
