Microphone needs to "warm up" during phone calls
 

Hello,
I have my new N900 for a week now, and everything seems fine but the phone calls issue. Unlike the usual case for N900s from the UK, of which the forum is already full, my microphone works fine, but needs time to warm up: for the first 10-15 seconds the other person barely hears me speaking, after that everything is fine. I have no issue whatsoever when using a recorder application, using either the phone alone or the headset.

A friend of mine had the very same issue with OpenMoko, but not with his N900. Did anyone hear of such case? Do you have any ideas how to investigate further or try to fix the issue?
