In my opinion the code has no relevance, since it was based on S40 Whatsapp version. Maybe the UI can be somehow reused, but I doubt the Whatsapp connection part.

Mate, you can fınd the app on openrepos but the client has been banned by the WhatsApp corporation. And there is big n9 communıty wıch waıtıng for New Client there ısnt A hero to make New verıon for now :(

Partially because whatsapp was sending emails to the authors of unofficial clients... it's a sad situation when they kicked-off on top of an open protocol but then eventually killed all the alternatives for it ;(

Is Whatsup using the same library as Wazzap, called yowsup? https://github.com/tgalal/yowsup
Otherwise where can we find the source code of Whatsup? It looks like the repository https://bitbucket.org/CepiPerez/whatsup is removed and the source code is not available on OpenRepos.

Hello, i see the Whatsapp app doesnt eally work on Meego. But does whatsapp work in the Opera browser on the N9? (web.whatsapp.com)
