[HELP] How to play MP3s simultaneously ? (#1 post)

hi guys
i was just asking how to play 2 files simultaneously
i have tried debian LXDE to play an mp3 file in it and minimize it and go to maemo and play another but..this is not working..
also i have searched this thread around but i found nothing
there is an app for doing this like having a crossfader or a DJ or something alike
Maybe there's a way for seprating the MediaPlayer volume from the main system volume found in the status bar ..

thanks in advance :) .

Afaik Guayadeque [1] supports crossfading. The Debian package site says it's lightweight but I don't know if it's lightweight enough to be used in Easy Debian.

Synaptic [sic] shouldn't ask for a password, at least not in Easy Debian. But you'll have to start it with sudo.

Yes, in principle. Maemo is a Debian derivative and therefore shares lots of its characteristics.

If you install a package in Easy Debian the program binaries wil usually be installed to /usr/bin in the image. This is the default behavior in most Linux distributions.

You can find out which files will be installed in which directories by clicking the "list of files" link behind the architecture-specific download links on the package website.
