gltron key settings
 
hello,

thanx to Mikko for the great port of gltron.

afaik there is no esc key shortcut on the n900. i can configure
settings within the game but i cant go back or save the settings.

the config file ~/.gltronrc contains everything i want to configure,
for instance player 1 key settings. unfortunately, i dont know
how i should interpret the key numbers which are mentioned there.

hints are welcome.

btw. there is already a Tuxracer build, but the touchscreen is not calibrated, so very difficult to navigate through the menu. but it is possible and after that the game is running fine. only crashed if you try to collect a fish..

Does anyone else have problems actually playing gltron on their N900?

Every time I start a new game, the bike is flipping widely from left to right and while I can use the Q and W keys to looks left and right, I have no steering control over the vehicle.

Can anyone play this game?

just hit any direction key - seems to happen only the first time you race

It seems that the build needs larger screen.

I mapped mine with "Q" as left and "W" as right! I confirm: Arrow keys don't work while playing game!!!

Does anyone know how to zoom out in the latest version? In an earlier build from extras-devel it zoomed out when you adjusted the camera angle (and I never figured out how to zoom back in) and after updating to the version in extras-testing I can't seem to do either.

Other than that, best Maemo game ever.
