FWIW if you check the links in the OP, Filebox has some issues and no active maintainer which is why it's stuck there.

What happens if the original developer is MIA?

After packages get migrated to Extras, shouldn't they appear at http://maemo.org/downloads/Maemo5/ ?
That page doesn't seem to have been updated since November 2012.

If regarding a bug in an application. Report on bugs.maemo.org then post a link to that on talk.maemo.org. Also try to contact maintainer via his bugtracker link if different.

If regarding becoming a maintainer. Request in package interface, ask on applications talk thread. Also try to contact maintainer via his bugtracker link if different. Then if no answer in reasonable time, contact repo management, council or myself and I'll pass the message on at a council meeting.

dillo and dooble both packages are not downloadable ham says packages not found.
