Camera phone competition December 2014:"Music"
 

It's December. I know it's Christmas in most of the world but I wanted to go with something a bit different since I love music.
I wanted to see how you depict music in your photos, is it just a non-important part of your life or do you have a love for it?
This theme can be as wide as possible, from picturing your vinyl or other formats (I'm saving up for turntables and a mixer BTW, not just for DJing also..), you could show some musicians, singers, some notes, it's really up to you to decide and this is again, a pretty wide theme and I think it is really fun to shoot!

The rules:
Photos must be taken during this month.
Photos must be taken by the posting member.
Photos must be taken with a camera phone.
Users can change the entry only once.
Users must name the phone they used.
Last three days of this month are for voting.


So get some old CDs out and listen some music. Or discover new music instead. :D

Really nice theme indeed. I just saw Billy Joel's New York concert last week, if it was a week later I would definitely use picture from that. ;)

Yes you can, you can shoot with any mobile phone which has the sensor and lens build in the phone but things like the Sony QX-100 aren't allowed because it's like I shot a photo on my DSLR while having it connected on my phone..

No one listens to music anymore? I'll see what I can come up with this week. Having said that, I listen to about 2-4h of music each day.

aah had forgotten the topic was music! I was doing karaoke last weekend and could have gotten something out of that...:p
