Can't believe how dumb of a sheep Nokia is. They had a perfect concept with MeeGo Harmattan and its Swipe UI. It was a matter of time when others would follow. Here is BB 10, MeeGo extended:

Do I smell a lawsuit coming down the pike:). I hope its better optimized than N9. N9 would be da bomb it optimized like Lumia......at this point its tooooo laggy and stuttering and just not optimized

It looks a lot more like Enyo to me, RIM does appear to be taking hints from webOS these days with there UI.

This is a cydia "tweek" that works really well. It feels more natural (to me) to swipe with iOS on my iPod, especially when my HP tablet and n900 use this too.

But I do agree that it just is not the same unless Apple announced it.

True! BB10 has an extended swipe UI. N9 has everything in place. Only it didn't had love from it's creators. Look at the below swipe UI ideas submitted in Nokia N9 challenge. There are some really cool ideas but never made into. It's really sad

The above three ideas would have made swipe UI more cool. If Nokia didn't abandon N9, these ideas would have implemented by now.

Still, title is quite misleading - Meego wasn't (mainly) about UI, but underlying core. It could be called "Swipe UI reincarnated" ;)
