Access rootfs without booting / bugfix update issue without reflashing

I just updated to the latest packages and now my n900 isn't booting anymore.
I had some conflict in

/etc/default/mount-opts

before it was

# Options for mounting user's filesystems

home_opts="rw,noatime,errors=continue,commit=1,dat a=writeback"
fat_opts="noauto,nodev,noexec,nosuid,noatime,nodir atime,utf8,uid=29999,shortname=mixed,dmask=000,fma sk=0133,rodir"

and now it is the variation which was in the update.

I don't know wether it is related to the mount-opts, perhaps anyone has an idea how to fix this without flashing?

I remember that I also installed Ubuntu a year ago and therefore had to change the partitions. Perhaps that could be the reason why the update broke my mobile.

Is there any possibility to access the rootfs and copy some files (if fixing this problem isn't possible)?

Sometimes it will keep stuck in a reboot loop or it shuts down while the LED glows yellow and fades off.

Thank you elros34.
At least booting with rescueOS worked.

If anyone runs into the same issues:
I tried to booting with the old /etc/default/mount-opts but it didn't help.
I will investigate further.
