Uploading pictures from Sailfish.

One of the few things I've missed from SFOS so far is ability to upload my pictures to a free image hosting site.

After searching around a bit, I found one I can post to without javascript, and with some experimentation I found a CURL command that will reliably post an image.

Now I'd really like to get uploads to this image hoster added as an option to the Gallery.

I have been unable to find source code for Gallery on the interwebs. Does anyone have ideas how this could get added as an option? Or suggestions for another way to trigger the upload script via the GUI?

The code for Gallery is in /usr/share/jolla-gallery if you want to poke around in there. It looks like /usr/share/jolla-gallery/pages/GalleryFullscreenPage.qml might be a good place to start.

I use rsync to upload pictures (among everything else) to my server, then it is a piece of cake to add them to my own online gallery.

Sounds like you might want to write a plugin for nemo TransferEngine.
