Wi-Fi stopped working
 

Hi
I installed pppoe-dialer and ppp from extras-devel. Then my internet connection stopped working.
So:
1. I need to use ping as sudo (root)
2. sudo ping 4.2.2.2 succeeds, sudo ping 192.168.1.1 (router) too
3. sudo ping google.com tells me: `bad address'
even after several reboots and ppp & pppoe-dialer uninstallation I can't use any wifi. It connects, but theres no connection. It only lets me get into router... Any wifi network, any page...
Anybody's got a solution? I'd like to avoid reflashing....

Hi

Please check if /etc/resolv.conf exists, and if it does try deleting it and see if that changes anything?

Just saw this post now, please post any probs/bugs you find under this thread (dont have a bugtracker link yet, will try create one asap) .
