No mp3 ringtones on jolla
 

Hi...

Since some days when i receive calls i just hear the jolla ringtone instead my personalised ringtone, im on 1.1.6.27 aaslakkajärvi version and tone are located on the memory card. Anyone with same issue?

Did you change ambience? If so the ambience might have overwritten the ringtone. Go to Gallery -> Ambiences, search your ambience, see if it has a custom ringtone attached and if so: Change it.

Im a nerd with jolla, solved with your tip...was trying sound options instead of ambience, thank you.

And remember to have the ringtone in phone memory, not SD card.

Why? I have mp3 files on memory card and works fine.

Same here, no problems whatsoever. SD card is mounted before the mobile connections are available so the phone can't ring before the ringtone is available.
