PR1.3 Missing various settings - Sync and Mail for Exchange
 

I seem to have at least two of the settings categories missing "Sync" and "Mail for Exchange".

I noticed this when changing my method of syncronising my calendar from Funambol to Google Calendar and realised I didn't have Mail for Exchange (looking at this as a potential method of syncing).

I have searched all over for bugs or a messed up config but can't find anything and don't know what might have caused it.

Is there anything else missing? How can I get these back?

I have attached screen shots of the settings screen. I have PR1.3, Kernel Power (not currently overclocked) not sure what else might be relevant.
