I found this, scroll to the bottom of the page. Apparantly one should use the Linus Arm module, http://www.bleb.org/software/770/.

Any Linux guru would please take a look and advise which module to use? What about the OPEC/Symbian module, would it work? Thanks in advance

all the client modules are here, http://citrix.com/English/SS/downloa...s.asp?dID=2755. Any one has any luck/experience? Thanks again,:D

Re: Citrix appl on 770/N800

That's my page, I had the Linux/ARM closed-source binary from citrix.com working on IT OS 2005 on a 770.

As I say there, no later version of the 770 or N800 will run the Citrix client. Until there's an open source version and/or Citrix release an armel (i.e. EABI) Linux/ARM version there's no chance.

If you downgrade to IT OS 2005, it's possible to get it working with some hackery, but you don't get any keyboard input.

as an alternative, there is "SSL Explorer" which is a web based virtualization suite that works on Windows, and many *nix platforms. you could install the sever version on a machine you want to host the virtual environment on, connect to it with any web client and not have to have a client app or agent present.

The Community edition is fully open source and available here...

Can we use anything from "ICA EPOC/Symbian OS Clients" http://citrix.com/English/SS/downloa...s.asp?dID=2755
What do you think about this, my IT dept guy say a modification may work.

Can you run Apple Mac OS X programs on your Windows PC? This is an equivalent non-starter.

Cheers,

Got citrix on Android

I was asking for citrix since 2007, on the nokia 770. 5 years later, I got it on android.

go android market, search for citrix, it will turn up citrix receiver and citrix receiver beta.
I installed citrix receiver. And it works on my android tablet/phone. It works, but without a keyboard, it is difficult to use. It is good enough to check your hospital schedule/email or whatnot, but try to input anything, without a keyboard, it is not straight forward. The bottomline, it works.

So, if you are crazy enough, and want citrix on your nokia n900, install nitroid, then citrix receiver, you got citrix on your maemo phone.

Lets do some counting, first 770, then n8x0, then n9x0, then nitroid, then this crippled citrix receiver. I guess one can say, finally it is there :)

Wouldn't the Citrix receiver for Linux ARM work in something like EasyDebian under Maemo, Bunanson? they even have it in a deb.

http://www.citrix.com/English/ss/dow...ductId=1689163

They had an Linux ARM version since at least 2010, possibly earlier

Edit to add link to Wiki entry, so you can use Directly in Maemo even
