Re: Error: Cannot Load FM driver Module
fixed it using the shell:
Assuming that you know your root password or have root access: [ http://wiki.maemo.org/Root_access ] Step 1: Uninstall FMReceiver from application manager Step 2: Open the shell (x-terminal) Step 3: run : "apt-get install fmradio" Once step 3 is complete: Step 4: run "apt-get install gstreamer-tools" now try running the app.. worked for me. |
Re: Error: Cannot Load FM driver Module
I tried those directions viveksri15 but didn't work, the newly installed app still claims it "Cannot Load FM driver Module"

Re: Error: Cannot Load FM driver Module
I recently ran into this problem as well. I use titan's enhanced kernel, and had recently updated it. Since that was one of the last changes I had made since I noticed my radio stopped working, i downgraded it.
In x-term: apt-get install kernel-power-flasher=2.6.28-maemo42 kernel-power=2.6.28-maemo42 kernel-power-modules=2.6.28-maemo42 This fixed my problem, radio works fine again. Hope this helps. |
